Good after christmas sale Quality merchandise

My order was shipped in three different boxes, Two of the boxes arrived and the third did not. After emailing with customer service, my items that did not arrive were replaced and shipped out again without any hassle!

Christmas Central's website is super easy to use. Great online experience! That said, I hope these strings are good quality. I'm giving CC a 4 star instead of 5, simply because I purchased an outdoor Christmas yard decoration in December and was very disappointed in the quality. Seriously thought about sending it back. The quality for the price was incredibly poor and the lights glow "pink" which is nothing like the picture online. I have a lot of decorations and the Polar Bear with the Penguin skating was absolutely adorable but the item itself is cheap, flimsy and the white lights glow with a pink hue and clashed with every other white light in the yard. Definitely not worth the $100+ price tag. I was sooo disappointed. The box it came it was crazy. Certainly not a box that looked like it even went with the item. It looks like someone cut a brown box to mail it so it's definitely not going to protect it well in storage. No pic, no drawing, nothing that said what it was. Quite frankly, surprising that it wasn't all bend up upon arrival. I have a huge display and my family helps set things up. Two people picked up the CC piece and asked why I bought something so cheaply made. When I said cost over $100, (I think it was $130+ tax.) They both said "Send it back! It has the feel of a $39 item!" I have to agree. One of the light strings I'm purchasing now is to swap out the lights on this item. It falls apart really easily when you set it up as well. Hoping this replacement string will at least shine white and not pink. I believe the cheapness of the item and the pink hue are both a manufacture issue, not a Christmas Central issue which is why I didn't return it. Best I stick to in-person purchasing for yard decorations. This was the first piece I'd ever bought without seeing it in person first. I'll chalk that up to a mistake on my end and won't do that again. For that kind of money, I expect much better quality. Live and learn.

I ordered a flocked tree. My tree arrived without flocking. I contacted the company and they were very helpful, quick and accommodating. The tree that I received, although it wasn't the one I ordered, is very beautiful and well-made.
