The individuals I have worked with are fantastic to work with, however the wrong part was sent, and I was charged double until not only the incorrect part was shipped back, but also the vendor had to first receive it in and issue a credit. It has been a few weeks now. Brian James is excellent

Hi Russ, let me apologize for your experience. We have high standards and will address the issues. I hope we can do better next time, and we will update you on our steps to do so. I did want to comment a bit on lead times. The entire industry, like so many others, is suffering from this. Inventories and supply chains are just depleted. We do the best we can to source this kind of thing from high quality and reliable sources who can meet ship dates of course, but hardly anyone currently has availability. I hope you can forgive our missteps and we will always work to make things better. We will be specifically in touch about this one with you as well. Thanks again!
