C-E was great in initial communication, and was expecting a 6-8 week delivery as outlined. Then got calls from shipper/trucker, things on the way in 2 weeks---great, but not ready, no further communication with C-E which I thought was weird! All sorted out easily, order arrived, and all is good now!

As always I like the Hytrol product I bought from Cisco and this review may not directly point to Cisco as the problem because I suspect the conveyor was shipped from the manufacture. But, they do represent the manufacture and I feel ultimately responsible.
Unfortunately, the packing and/or transportation was terrible. As normal, it took about 6 hours to put the conveyor together but took an additional 3 hours to repair all of the shipping damage. Bent feet, bent rails, paint scraped of various locations and 2 broken welds.

I ordered a set of valves with pictures of part numbers. The wrong part numbers were sent and no one can tell me why. There is still on-going correspondence and no resolution as to what happened and my end-user is down. I will be ordering from a different vendor in the future.
