The customer service regarding order support as well as delivery communication is absolutely top tier, however the packing does not lend itself to items being damaged during shipping.
My shipment had two pieces that were significantly damaged without the pallet being compromised. One 10' rail section was bent in the middle from excessive strapping and a 5' rail section on the end of the pallet was struck with a forklift causing severe damage. I can fix the 10' rail but the 5' rail piece is beyond repair. It's very difficult to see every piece in the packaging when it's delivered and sometimes freight damage is missed.
