So far I have not been impressed at all. I was first told there was a delay from the manufacturer then I've been told three different occasions that our product was supposed to ship that day only to be told that there was a mix-up with the shipping company.. Today was the most recent day this occurred. The items still have not shipped to my knowledge. Not happy

Hi Clif, and thank you for your feedback. I have checked with customer service and they related that the plant had shipped incorrectly, but has new shipped again. We are trying to obtain the tracking number, and will get that to you as soon as possible. I'll contact you directly and make sure that we get this handled. Apologies for the confusion. I can't give a complete review yet as I haven't received my shelves yet. Everyone has been very nice that I have spoken with, but I have not received any shipping information. One thing gave shipping date as the 15th and I thought that was when it would arrive, but when I called, the lady I spoke with said it had shipped the 14th, but she didn't have tracking information, but she would try to get it and send it to me. I haven't received anything. I am very excited about these shelves and hope to come back with a good review. Just wish they would send tracking information so I would know when to expect them
