Genie Grip (fork covers) took a very long time to arrive, and then they were used for not even 2 hours before they came off the forks. The quality was not very good either.

Hi Juli, and apologies for the issue. These caps come in only one size (which fits 4" and 5" tines). If it does not fit your forks, we will arrange to take them as a return and refund your purchase. Our service department will be in touch. However, we can also try to work with you on installing these, as they should work on any normal tine. You should have a response this morning.
