The people who run and work in this company are truly experts in the field. From Dr. Randy to the tech workers, they all care about their job which really shows. If people really understand how import clean water is for their health as a human being everyone would be using this company. This company is far beyond the typical systems and information that is being sold in the main stream.

The filter process seems to be very good so far but the faucet/spout that you provided is very poor. You have to stand there and hold the handle down. Very tedious and hard to navigate!

Disappointed in the bathtub filter. Is not the unit that I saw in the photo. It does not take full stream from the spout to clean all the water. It overflows and does not go through the filter.
