Ordered Pinocchio no where did it state this was a random draw and you wasn't guaranteed to get him. After paying the 15.99 i got a pop i didn't want, deeply unhappy with this.

worst customer experience i have ever had i had to email them over and over to get any response once i finally got a reply i emailed back multiple times asking for more info and no response also tried facebook and twitter to get a response but nope nothing very unhelpful i wont be shopping here again far to stressful to get any info on something i paid for and they have the cheek to try charge you for a refund when i had been waiting on my item for about a month nobody told me it was a pre order and it didn’t say anything about it being a pre order on there website i could have purchased the same item for the same price elsewhere and got it within a week
