Purchased an Aquarius Funko POP which was exclusively sold to Americans via the Funko Shop so I was extremely pleased to be able to get a hold of it here in the UK, wouldn't have been able to do so without Collekt sourcing such rare POPS! Great price considering it had to be imported here and turned up to my house in perfect condition! Definitely the place to go for exclusive collectables!

First time ordering from a pop specialist site since I had problems with another site so was slightly dubious but WOW, the service was brilliant, ordered with 48 hour delivery and came before lunch the very next day after ordering.

Didn’t receive my product for four months. Messaged to cancel my order and magically got an email to say it had been dispatched? Appalled at the service and will definitely not be ordering from you again!

The long wait and lack of ETA was frustrating, but the pop arrived in fantastic condition, with a pop protector and the exclusive sticker I wanted. Really happy and will use again in the future!

For quite some time i've been trying to find a company in the UK that are able to obtain Funko pops from the USA wtihout having to go via ebay/amazon and their extortionate taxes and delivery fees.
At first i thought i'd found a trusted site Initially, i like to be cautious so i wanted to confirm that the pop i wanted to order was as it was in the pic. i emailed from the site and got a reply quite quickly and Collekt was able to confirm that the item came as pictured with the sticker to confirm that it was a legit pop, the customer serivce even said they pride themselves in it and it was their specialty so i thought i wouldn't be disspointed again since i have ordered in the past from other sellers and didn't get what they described it as.
When my order did arrive the parcel was packaged very well but to my disappointment when i did open up my order it was missing the said sticker that i emailed beforehand weeks before and 100% confirm by the reply from customer services that it would come with the authentic sticker to which it was lacking from the box.
I've emailed 3 days ago but have had no reply to the 48 hours as stated so trying here to see if i can get a reply.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, all they care about is taking your money, do not expect any communication with them after that, they ignore messages, unless you post publicly on social media. They do not advertise estimated delivery dates and can't give you any idea when your order will arrive and do not advertise on any preorder items that it you want to cancel they will only partially refund you. It took me over 7 months to get an order shipped out and several messages/emails etc. Then they told me they couldn't do anything didn't know when it would get shipped, and after me questioning my consumer rights and being entitled to a full refund unless a reasonable delivery time can be given, they dispatched my goods the following day. They are nothing but money grabbers. DO NOT TAKE CUSTOMERS MONEY UPFRONT FOR PRE ORDERS GOODS YOU DON'T INTEND IN SENDING!!! They wait to see how long you will wait for your orders before cancelling then give you a 50% refund where they can then continue to sell the goods at full price or more to someone else. WOULD NEVER RECOMMENDED TO ANY ONE TO BUY FROM THEM
