Prompt delivery, a local Ontario business, great communication, and prices as good of better than I found on the American jungle site.

If you have to use a mobility product this is the store to order from! A super sweet store owner making sure everything is right and how nice to have a purple crutch instead of older versions. Thank you

Excellent customer service. Jacqueline is patient and attentive. She helped me fix my order TWICE when I made errors, and checked back with me that it was fixed. I would recommend this excellent Canadian business to any of my friends in the community looking to explore a wider selection of crutches and sticks than is easily found in brick and mortar stores.

our experience is that "good" customer service is indeed a rarity these days! that said, we highly recommend Classy Canes by Jackie for her awesome service and speedy delivery (well packaged with personal touches ie stickers) and gorgeous canes and right here in canada ... why not look good if you have to use one!! as well as support a canadian small business!!!

This is my second purchase of four arm crutches and I find the website easy to navigate to find what I’m looking for. The ergonomic handles make using them much more comfortable for my arthritic hands and the light weight of the crutches are the most noticeable for day to day use

What a beautiful and strong cane! It came packaged perfectly, and was easy to adjust to the correct height and securely screw tight. And it’s a delightful and classy tartan pattern. I’m so glad after all my searching, I was able to find you online.
Thank you for such a wonderful product. It really lifted my spirits!

Unfortunately the model of crutches I bought did not fit my arms and were not possible to be adjustable, and with review from my physical therapist, concluded these crutches would be damaging for me. However, Jackie's customer service in regards to the return was exceptional and she was very helpful.
