I bought these because a benign cyst is putting pressure on my right sinus and inner ear, which affects my balance. I’m generally clumsy to begin with, so learning to navigate with two extra appendages feels like I’m a drunk octopus. They work great, the ergonomic handles are incredibly comfortable.

Excellent website as it is easy to navigate and place the order. Received a personal phone call from. The owner to let me know a small change would be recommended. Very pleasant! I would definitely recommend Classy Canes by Jackie.

Jackie is always so accommodating and helpful and I've always appreciated her huge selection of items on her website to consider!! When I recently contacted her for a third time to purchase new canes to accommodate my declining mobility, because I had so many questions, we met online to consider all my options. Given that my balance now is a huge issue, she carefully suggested that I might want to think about a set of forearm crutches given the extra stability they provide as well as another type of cane when at home. I valued this guidance, and loved the fabulous colours (the crutches I ordered are bright turquoise and purple). These will certainly be a game changer, because in addition to providing me with a more confident walk (at 75), I will be able to stand longer when necessary. I am so glad that Jackie has so many options to choose from but especially value her expertise and willingness to find the best solutions for her clients.

One of the easiest orders I've placed for an item of great importance and one which was specifically requested. Jackie was sooo helpful. Thank you for the assistance.

Communication with Jackie was amazing. She was prompt and so friendly and made my first cane purchase so positive. She answered all my questions and made some great suggestions for cane choices in addition to what I had in my cart which ended up even better than what I had thought I wanted. She's got a great eye for personality and detail and is so so patient! I will not hesitate one second to recommend CC by Jackie. 100/10 - would recommend in a heartbeat!
