Prompt processing and shipping. I didn't contact them so I can't say anything about that but the site was clear and helpful.

The corset arrived and was tried for a fit that night, a beautiful garment, strong and wonderful to the touch, the finish was immaculate, many thanks, you've made a customer very happy, I definitely would purchase another corset from yourselves.

Superb service. Extremely helpful and so swift. E mails answered promptly and very personably. I felt like I was conversing with a real friend.Returns were simple although I decided to keep the smaller size for my sister. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Corset Story!PS I was an international buyer.

The initial purchase was simple and the delivery fast , I did have an issue with the ft around the bust of one of the corsets but their assistance in resolving my problem was faultless , the small size was no longer available, but I was able to choose an alternative . Again the return and reorder process was efficient and friendly .
