Thankyou for your feedback. If we can answer any questions on sizing please don't hesitate to get in touch. If all of the products seemed smaller than expected maybe we can look into another sizing option for you?

I had requested an exchange and organised it all via email with them. They then tried to lie and say I had not organised an exchange. Obviously I had the emails as proof so I had to screenshot these and email them to get my exchange. The corsets are great.

Hello,
I am sorry that there has been confusion on your account. As your RMA request was not updated with a tracking number, our automatic systems do not update. However I am glad that after speaking to one of our customer service team we got it all sorted and the exchanges were sent to you!

The web site is easy and quite intuitive to use. Just click a few criteria and the system offers a range of relevant products. Delivery was exactly on time and the packaging is 'anonymous', ideal for customers who prefer a discreet service. This is the third and most comfortable corset I've had from Corset Story, a fourth will inevitably follow in due course!

Corset fits well but one of the suspender loops came unstitched the first time I wore it, which is a bit annoying.

Hello, I am very sorry to hear this, we would like to work with you to find a perfect solution. Can I kindly ask that you send a photograph of the damaged corset to our customer services ( sales@corset-story.co.uk) and we would be happy to replace any defective items.
I hope this helps

The 3 stars is purely for the fact that this style corset didn't fit me at all - Difficult to get on and too short by far in the body for me but would suit someone smaller. It is still a beautifully made garment and the return was simple and refund swift!

This is an excellent company both in customer service and quality of items. The website is easily navigated and well photographed with plenty of technical information. They are beautifully made! They also provide a longer range in some designs which is brilliant for those of us with a longer torso. Customer service was excellent and a prompt refund provided for the one corset I didn't keep. Thank you I will definitely shop with you again.
