This company really cares about customer satisfaction and goes far more than the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the products you wanted. Thank you seems inadequate, but thank you to Chris and the whole team. The products are excellent too, well designed, comfortable, great quality and at amazing prices.

Items well described, well sized, and beautiful when they showed up. Bargain sales! Delivery to Australia was quick - although once in the hands of Australia Post, very slow! An alternative courier at this end might be better.

Thank-you so much!
We are in talks with Australia Post to find a more reliable premium service. At the moment we do offer faster shipping using DHL (Typically 3 working days - pretty good we think!) We will take your comment on board while considering our new shipping partners.

They sent me all amazing corsets. I'm actually wearing one right now! I've been slowly breaking them in. I'm down 4" already! They fit great, look awesome, and feel fantastic...comfortable even if I don't wear a corset liner. I have bought here before, and their products keep bringing me back! Get jealous!

Corset Story are proactive, efficient, brilliant fun to work with and absolutely on the ball. I cannot remember the last time I have had such great dealings with any one in Customer Care in any company. Usually CC dealings have to be repeated and more requests put in, not with Corset Story - they will contact you if there is an issue prior to you (the customer) even knowing that there is an issue and in that contact they will have a solution. Corset Story also reply promptly to any query you have, no matter how small. Chris, who I have had contact with, is brilliant to work with, knows his/her product right down to the lining. I've been purchasing from Corset Story for at least two years and will continue to purchase from them without any hesitation and I'd recommend them highly.
