Mooie corsetten en het omwisselen van 1 corset voor een ander was geen enkel probleem! Binnen een week had ik het andere corset binnen. Nu een heel mooi corset voor onder mijn trouwjurk en een ander voor "gewoon".

More the service than the product, the service is prompt and helpful, unless you have a really good figure, I think you need to go and be fitted for a corset, but I will always browse st your products.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. We feel that as a company our shipping prices are comparable with other companies who are much larger than ourselves. Unfortunately, we feel that we have to ask for a nominal shipping fee so that we can give ourselves the breathing space to re-invest in out products to ensure they are of the highest possible quality. E-Commerce is becoming an increasingly difficult and aggressive market to trade in. Subscription based delivery such as Amazon Prime and free shipping over X amount such as ASOS have revolutionised the market. Consumers are now coming to expect free shipping as part of the experience.
Larger companies are able to absorb this cost, by either building that cost into the price they charge for products, by sending huge volumes, and by negotiated much better rates with carriers then we can. That said, our ultimate goal is to reach a point where we can proudly offer free shipping and returns, but in this unstable trading market, we feel we are not there yet - much more important to us that the items you receive are the very best we can provide.
I hope I have justified out position somewhat, of course, we want our customers to have the very best experience, and we do try our very best to offer as much as we can, but as a growing business, this is always a challenge!

Sadly it was quickly evident that corsets are not for me. But regardless of that, the service received was second to none. The goods were sent out promptly, of a superb quality, and accepted back without a quibble. I would thoroughly recommend Corset Story to anyone.
