I was extremely impressed by the customer service as I experienced a lot of problems with my delivery (due to Royal Mail). Chris at Corset Story went out of his way to get my order delivered to me in time, and even sent a replacement order via DPD to ensure I had my corset in time for my event. I cannot praise the team at Corset a story enough for the efforts they went through and the prompt way they dealt with my problems - thank you and well done!

Customer Service is really great. They sent my package next day over a weekend. The corset was beautiful and everything was high quality. Emails were answered promptly.

I bought from this shop many times. Purchases went smooth and it was never an issue with return or low quality, on the contrary, the customer support team is highly effective and the quality is awesome. The only thing I am a bit unhappy with is high shipping cost to Norway. It is nice to have the item delivered in less than 3 days but according to the shipping I would never order accessories only. Which I would love to.

My order was dispatched quickly and delivered on time, the DPD delivery service to Belgium is really amazing, I received an email with the estimated delivery time which matched to the minute, very impressive. I loved the products I purchased, they fitted nicely and looked exactly like the pictures on the site. The size charts are accurate, but the length of each model is not always mentioned. I'm very impressed with Corset Story, I only wish they had more corset options in natural fabrics.

Des produits de belle qualité, un traitement des commandes et une expedition rapide, seul petit bémol, les retours sont à la charge du client, et c'est un peu coûteux.

I've recently signed on with corset story and can now see how people end up with several different types in their wardrobe. They're beautiful, they're comfortable, the delivery is quick and easy and the final product make you feel absolutely gorgeous!
