This was my first time buying a corset so was absolutely clueless. I purchased 2 sizes (12 & 14), and at first thought the 12 was too small, not realising I had to take the ribbon off completely (thanks Chris!). With the help of my husband, it fitted perfectly and I was actually pretty comfortable in it after wearing it all day. Great customer service and they were quick to refund the other size. I have made two purchases from this company, very impressed with the quality of the products. The fit of the corsets are brilliant, they accentuate your figure into dazzling proportion and are also very comfortable to wear. The styles are to die for, which is why I will probably continue to buy as these can be incorporated into any outfit.

The first corset I bought burst within two weeks (the stitching on the busk), but Chris at Corset Story got back to me within half an hour of me sending an email, offering to send out a free replacement. Exceptional customer service, thank you. The corset itself is a great fit for people who have shorter torsos. Other corsets I have bought have dug into my ribs and hips. This one is a great fit, and it gives you an amazing shape.

Shipping was fast and the package protected the item. There were no problems with the service.

Bought two corsets. Both different sizes but both large. Unaware they were completely different. The black one I bought was far too big. Even laced all the way up it was baggy. And the other one I bought was far too small. The ribbons provided were too small to have the corset on any kind of comfortable setting. I swapped the ribbons out of the too big one and pity them in the too small one and it fits perfectly. Just a shame it took over an hour to restring and swap them over. I did contact corset story as it affected my co offence sir what but they said since I got separate sizes there's not much I can do. For what it's worth I got a very quick reply to my problem stating they would happily arrange an online return and that since the two corsets I ordered were from different ranges, this is where the sizing issues come in. So all my fault basically however. I will say one thing. Not being entirely sure of my measurements I went for "big" sizes on both. And there is a difference of 10" between them. So one was meant for up to 42" waists and the other up to 52" waists. Too small, too big. Anyway. They're beautiful. I just have one that don't fit and one that does I guess. Service was good, corsets are pretty.
