Very good - but not too much help with measurements. I am a very extreme shape (very tall, huge boobs and hips and smallish waist and no matter how many ways I tried to ask which corset would fit I was mostly given the standard answer with the measurement that I could already see on the website. The service overall was good, unfortunately the corset we tried to buy was on the website as being in stock, but was actualy unavailable' The alternative that we ordered was also advertised as being in stock but again wasn't. In the end we had to settle for a completely diffe4rrent colour to what we wanted. To the credit of the company they did allow us to choose a corset that was more expensive than the original that we wanted but it meant having a colour that wasn't a match for the outfit it was intended for.

I haven't ordered much from Corset Story yet, 5 times I think. 1 order had to be split in half but they have informed me. They send updated on your order/delivery. I am happy with the products sofar, good quality. The corsets, doesn't matter fashion or stealboned, sit well. I also order long skirts in the past which are far to long for me (1.63m), so I had to shorten them.

got a bit of a mix up at the delivery office; because the bells do not work, and the Royal Mail wont phone on arrival, I had 2 deliveries to collect but they were not logged together; so I only knew it had arrived when the Post Office e mailed me that they had held it for 17 days and were about to return it. I had collected 5 times from the sorting office in that time. An e-mail from Corset Story upon despatch with an expected delivery date would be better than the usual Your order has been received and will be with you shortly note we get on payment.
