I have ordered from here a few times, and never had an issue, however on my most recent order the delivery company lost the item after it was despatched, I had paid for next day delivery so I contacted Corset Story, who refunded postage and offered to replace the item immediately, I opted to give it a few days to see if the order turned up, and after chasing the delivery company they said it had gone missing and advised to have Corset Story open an investigation, I went back to them, and a replacement order was sent out within the hour, and arrived the next morning, throughout the entire process one person took responsibility for the issue and followed up to ensure I was happy, he was extremely polite and courteous, and whilst the problem was the delivery company it was rectified very promptly. If only more companies gave service this good when things do go a little wrong, honestly could not ask for better service, makes me more willing to order from them knowing that if things are not quite right, they are dealt with so well.

Order on time One item fine Second one obviously Chinese sized and nowhere near a 16 .... Really disappointed as this was the one I wanted! Didn't like the returns procedure. I started then discovered I needed information I wouldn't get till after is posted it. It's hard to find the link.

Shopping process is easy and self explanatory. No problems encountered. Tracking of the package would be awesome since for me, it was a time-critical order but I wasn't too worried since I knew from previous orders that the promised shipping time is usually met without any problems.
