I received a corset from Corset Story which was slightly damaged in transit (not their fault, I believe), and they immediately refunded my money. I ordered another which arrived in perfect condition, and it's a wonderful garment (i'm wearing it constantly, and have noticed a difference in my waist size after only a week!)

Good selection for me to choose from, specific to my needs. I hadn't ordered from this firm for quite a while, after placing several orders in the past. Their steel-boned corsets are so well made & sturdy that I haven't needed to re-order any replacements even after several years of use! Only ordered now as I needed a new colour & a corset to applique. Always satisfied with their corsets &am very happy with my latest two! Easy to order on - line. I had an urgent query about the system of delivery I had chosen just AFTER I had placed my order. This was answered fully & very promptly & set my mind at rest that I HAD chosen the correct method. ;-)

Good service, very quick delivery. Perfect timing actually. Really accurate descriptions (although shame I ordered the wrong size!). I love how they have great offers on all the time and in general are the best value for money. Trying to resist the urge to get more...
