Great product I paid for next day delivery and wrote the wrong address. I contacted the company but never got a reply.

Really good fast service but didn't like having to pay postage on returns - free return service would be preferable.

The service was really good with fast delivery and good coomunication.but there was a mistake on my order as one item was sent in the wrong colourway, however I liked the items so much I decided to keep both rather than requesting the colour swap.

Responsive when dealing with returns and exchanges, which will happen a lot since the garments are very size-sensitive. For a clothes company their RMA process is strange, and you have to pay for return postage. So unless there's a great item in stock, I'll probably not use again.

I would not hesitate to buy from Corset UK again. Quick and speedy delivery. The corsets are so well made, the sizing guide is perfect! As soon as both corsets came and I'd tried them on I was back on the website looking at purchasing more!

Products are competitively priced, great quality, and certainly helpful and good to deal with if you have to return a corset. I returned one for another size and had absolutely no problems. I would certainly recommend this site to buy from.

Unfortunately the product wasn't suitable for what it was needed for, but the return process was easy enough, and the refund processed quickly.

The service was great I had the corset delivered in only a few days, very impressed. I would buy again (hopefully something from the sale!) My friend recommended the company to me and I would recommend it to any of my other friends who are looking for a corset or that kind of thing.

Ordering was easy. Fairly quick delivery. Could have done with instructions as to how best to tie the corset, especialy as I am a first-time corset wearer. Also, to date, no-one from Corset Story Customer Services has responded to either of the two queries I sent regarding sizing, despite the automated response saying someone would be in touch soon....very disappointing!

Very easy to shop, swift service and great information regarding sizes, which match reality! I have already recommended Corset Story to my friends and will keep doing so. The only negative is that their Swedish delivery firm doesn't even try to deliver to your home, they just wait a few days and let you pick up your parcel from the local depot. Not corset story's fault though.
