Have looked a few times at corset story and always liked the look of the products. However, seeing the 4 for 1 offer, I couldn’t turn it down. I made my selection (choosing for a special occasion) but realised after I had submitted the order that some items were on preorder which would delay the whole order. I contacted the company, who responded straight away despite it being over the weekend and they were more than happy to exchange the preorder items for items in stock so that my order could be shipped out the following week. Really helpful and made the whole shopping experience very pleasant.

Absolutely thrilled with my new corsets, and the spectacular customer service that I received. The hooks are slightly smaller than some of my past orders, but that's probably only an issue because I'm partially sighted. Overall, I'm delighted, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Only problem with it is that when on a phone you can't go back a page after selecting a specific corset to look at without it being removed from your basket- you end up having to go through the home page again which is a little annoying but overall not a huge deal

Well this would have been a 5, as it was a great experience. Sizing helper seems to work well, and only had to fill it in once, which was really good. BUT when I did the Multi-buy filter section it glitched out and only gave me 3 or 4 pages to choose from, I assumed that maybe I was just a popular size and carried on as normal. I made my order, a bit disappointed that some of the really nice corsets i had seen werent available. I then later on started general browsing an hour or so later and noticed items i hadnt seem previously were both available and in my size. When I used the filter again I had double figure pages. So I am disappointed as I would have chosen quite a few different items if the website hadnt glitched for me.
