The customer service is exceptional. We bought a corset which was too big, and the team were efficient and friendly and sorted it out straight away. Brilliant.

Love all my corsets from Corset Story shop!!
I bought 21 so far as I am going through a wardrobe/style revamp and found these corsets the most visually creative ones and quality stitched.
I set out to get one but there was an offer on so kept going, once I received them I realised how fab they are I decided to invest more.
Love them all equally 😊
Looking forward for new line coming out

Excellent service with almost immediate dispatch. Unfortunately you were let down by Parcel Force. The parcel was due for delivery today. I have been tracking the App and noticed that at one point it was only a few streets away and due to be delivered between 1.45pm and 2.45pm. This did not happen and the App shows that the parcel has now been returned to the Depot. There is no reason for this to have happened at it was out for delivery until 7pm.
We hope that the items are insured against loss in transit. We will let you know if they do not arrive!

I love Corset Story. The quality is great, customer service is wonderful, and they have quite the variety. So frankly, it makes me incredibly sad that they will no longer be doing business. At this point I'm just crossing my fingers that they will come back some way or another.

The older listings have a different size guide wich can be counfusing.
The pages having stuff out of stock turned on by default can also be confusing.
Other than that wondefully laid out website with grwwt products :)

So many corset choices, and such an easy easy browse through the website - especially picking sizing. As a first time corset purchaser, I am very excited to receive my corsets in the post!

All the corsets are lovely and fit well, had some issues with sizing so I sent a email with some questions, they replied very quickly, Chris was incredibly helpful. After the payment cleared, they arrived within two days which was a pleasant surprise. All over great service.
