Had initial difficulty contacting corset story by phone. Left feedback and Georgiana got in touch. She was really helpful. Arranged replacement of a under bust corset for the dress.

Very good service though sometimes some comments on the RMA were left unanswered. You had to go through a different platform which is confusing. Still waiting for refund to be booked onto my account for sending back items that didn't fit, but I'm sure that'll happen any time soon. Overall great experience so far, kudos!
