Fabulous service. Paid for next day delivery and it came in the promised time slot. Unfortunately it was too big, but having spoken to the lovely Hisako at customer services, I ordered another which again, arrived the next day. The corset is STUNNING! Well made, beautiful colour and just plain fabulous. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

I'm happy with the products but unhappy about the delivery timelines indicated as I only received my goods on the 8th of July having been told it would take 5-7 working days and I placed the order on 24 June. I tried to follow up with the courier repeatedly and most of their input was not really helping me to get answers. It was frustrating but that's more on the courier side than on your side. But perhaps you can update your delivery time lines so customers do not get frustrated. I'd rather have known from the beginning it would take 2 weeks to get my order.
