Excellent service, especially when I was forced to return a top due to incorrect sizing, which was a manufacturing mis-labeling issue.

Ties looked nice presentation did not. Customer service was excellent, prompt and polite. Quick response to any issues. Delivery is very quick. If the ties were individually wrapped then they would have looked more professional. Minor details.
