I had an issue with one of my underbust corsets and when the problem had been identified they immediately sent me out a new corset and provided me a credit for my inconvenience. They were friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend them for customer service.

items are accurately described of good quality, and are delivered very promptly. However, would appreciate larger sizes being available. I ordered a "L" top for my size 16 body and it was far too tight, and I then felt like a fat frump.

Most reliable site for off-the rack corsets at a reasonable price. I personally am the right shape to fit them well, but I know they don't fit as well on all people of the same waist measurement (e.g variable bust size, whether you're bony or have more padding, etc.), so personally I love shopping with you guys, although some of my friends don't.

Postage was fast and efficient. Had not contacted corset story over slight problem with items as I could fix them myself.

I had to return the military crop top as it didn't fit, but they were very prompt about organising the return. Free return postage though a service such as click and collect would have been nice, but Corset Story's service is very good.
