I've been shopping with Corset Story for years (it was previously just Corsets UK) and have always found them great - very quick dispatch, great deals and great with returns if the product doesn't fit etc. Unfortunately, my most recent delivery had a problem and there was some damage to the product, however, Corset Story couldn't have dealt with it any better - they were wonderful! They were extremely apologetic and after seeing pictures of the fault, sent an immediate replacement item. Really wonderful customer service - very helpful, very apologetic and very quick at dealing with the problem.

The return request through the website doesn't work properly. Can't send my return request cause the button "submit return request" doesn't work or it doesn't show me it did work. As a customer I want a prove that my request is sent.

Loved the web site. The measuring instructions were very clear and made it easy to select possible corsets. Followed all the instructions to make sure measures were accurate and honest. Bit nervous about the returns process, i.e. having to wait for approval and the faffing with parcel tracking numbers. Puts me off re-ordering in case they refuse a return.
