The company provides a range of quality corsets, however, having to pay £8+ postage to return an item that I merely wanted exchange for the correct size is outrageous. I also found it a nuisance to have to return the item, wait for a refund and the re-buy the item I wanted, which by then was unavailable in my size. If would have been far better service to have a system in place to allow more efficient exhanges

I am sorry to hear that the item was not as expected and that you have had issues with returns request. We recommend our customers to use the cheapest tracked service, once we can see the returned item is in transit, we can process with the request. Otherwise we will need to wait until the item will be returned to our warehouse. I am sorry about that. We have chosen store credit as this is normally a faster option for the customer ans they can place an order in their own time and choose the delivery method they. I am sorry that the corset was not as expected, if you wish you can return the item back to us. Please submit the returns request in our website if you wish to return the item. I am sorry for any trouble caused. Kind regards, Nina Corset Story
