Quick processing, and proper answers when mailed about a return request. Set 'good' rather then 'excellent', as I had to wait for an answer untill after the weekend.

I am really sorry to hear that you have a faulty item. We offer our customers fair wear and tear policy which is 30 days for acrylic boned items and 60 days for steel boned items. I have emailed you to take a photo of the fault, you will just need to reply to the email I have sent you, with the photo. I am really sorry for all the trouble caused.
