The website was a bit clumsy to use on my mobile phone, but the selection of products was excellent and I'm excited about future purchases.

Thank you for your feedback and order. Delivery delays during the holiday season is to be expected but we are glad that you received your item intact. We are sorry to hear that the pack's belt was a little on the large size, unfortunately it is a common dilemma with 'one size fits all' items. We hope that you will order from us again and recommend us to friends and family. Kind regards Jean Corset Story

Products could do with a "How to" leaflet or cleaning instructions when you buy. Products really need a description of body type and torso lengths for example in their descriptions. Should be more friendly for first time buyers. Returning items should be free. Had to pay a lot for recorded delivery. It's complicated to return through "request" and RMO online. Other than that. Excellent products value, brilliant customer service, fast delivery and well packaged in terms of protective film.

Very fast shipping, even over Christmas holiday period. Website and communications could be improved a bit but overall I had no problems and would recommend this company to anyone.

I am sorry to hear that the corset was not a good fit. Please notice that our sizing chart is only a guide line, we can't guarantee the item will be a perfect fit as our customers are different sizes and shapes. The item A3737 in an acrylic boned item, which doesn't give the same support as our steel boned item. This is more to be worn as clothing. You are welcome to return the unwanted item back to us. Please log in to your Corset Story account and submit a returns request. I have also emailed you the instructions, you will receive them shortly. I am sorry for any trouble caused. Kind regards, Nina Corset Story
