I paid £9 extra for next day delivey, excluding the weekend it still took 3 days, I was not too happy about that. Website navigation is good and purchasing is straightforward. Shall use Corset Story again and will deffinitely recommend for the style and quality.

I am sorry that you did not receive your order on time. I can see that you have placed the order on 13th of December and your order was dispatched on 15th of December. Please notice that we are closed on weekends so all the orders placed over the weekend of bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. I can see from the tracking that your order was received on 17th of December, I am really sorry about that. I have now processed the refund between next day delivery and standard shipping (£4.55). It will be in your Paypal account today. I am really sorry for any trouble caused. Kind Regards, Nina Corset Story
