There should be an 'ok' between good and poor. They were polite and dealt with my problem, but on their own terms and in a robotic way. It was my fault that I had ordered a wrong size by mistake so I don't blame them, and in many ways their service was very good. I had to pay for the return postage but replacement item came straight away.

Response from Corset Story Ltd - UK
Dec 15, 2014
I am sorry to hear that the corset was not a perfect fit. We recommend our customers to measure themselves and have a look at the "size and fit" (which is in our website, next to the image of the corset) to see the sizing chart. Our sizes might not be the same as high street sizes so it is good to have a look at the chart. I have sent you an email about this to see what we can do. I am sorry for any trouble caused. Kind regards, Nina Corset Story
