I found it quite difficult to return an item. Loads of effort confirming the return etc. But I did get a refund quickly when it all went through.

Quick and efficient service. I had to return one item for exchange as I needed a bigger size, the exchange process was good and I had a replacement within a week. Will definitely shop again here.
