I have been trying to return my item for 2 weeks now and they are just delaying tactics to make sure I am not getting my money back for a seriously faulty corset. I couldn't even wear it for its intended purpose 'Halloween'. I was really disappointed

I am really sorry that you have received a faulty item. This is unacceptable and should not have happened. I can see that we have emailed you previously about this, however I am not able to find any emails from you. I am really sorry about this. Can you please email our customer services at sales@corsets-uk.com with a photo of the fault so they can look into this for you and help you further. I am really sorry for any trouble caused. Kind regards, Nina Corset Story

I really liked the return process... Yes, its a couple extra steps than your standard return/exchange for an online purchase, but the refund is processed so quickly, your head will spin! It's excellent customer service like this that builds a great company!
