I am sorry to hear that the corset was not a perfect fit. We recommend our customers to measure themselves before ordering a corset. You are able to find sizing chart when clicking into the corset, in size and fit. Please notice that the sizing chart is only a guideline, we can't guarantee the perfect fit as our customers are different sizes and shapes. I can see that you have returned the corset and we have processed the refund. I am really sorry for any trouble caused. Kind Regards, Nina Corset Story

Although disappointed that none of the corsets delivered fitted, I was surprised that not only did I receive a full refund but also the postage.

I am sorry to hear that the corset was not a perfect fit. We offer our customers 30 days exchange and 14 days refund policy which starts from the day you have received the order. We recommend our customers to measure themselves before ordering. You can find a sizing chart from "size and fit" when clicking in to see the corset. Please notice that our sizes might be not the same as high street sizes. I am sorry for any trouble caused. Kind regards, Nina Corset Story
