I am sorry to hear that you have had difficulties with your corset. With fashion corsets you should be able to do the lacing first, then putting it on and closing from the front (or if it has a zip to close it with that). We offer our customers 30 days exchange and 14 days refund policy, which starts from the day you have received your corset. If you wish to return the corset, please log into your Corset Story account to place a returns request. If you have any questions please contact our customer services. I am sorry for any trouble caused. Kind regards, Nina

The website is not very mobile friendly. That would be my only complaint!

Your corsets are beautiful, comfy, and sexy. The only problem I found was on the length...though I ordered a longer one, I found them too short. I wanted some elegant coverage of my stomach. Second major problem was the suspenders O bought. First they kept falling off, but more upsetting was that they are made of rubber that is too soft, so the peg bends and slips through. They are not fit for purpose. Unfortunately as I have just been bereaved I have not been able to send them back. I will not order any more however. Alison Reeves-Guy
