Your products that I have received so far have been excellent and my wife agrees who states that they are most comfortable to wear. We have thought that it would be nice if you increased your range of designs to cater for further erotic tastes. Regards Tim

I am sorry to hear that the corset was not a perfect fit. We advice our customers to have a look at the sizing chart, which you can find in "size and fit" when clicking to see more information about the corset. If you need any help with sizing please email us with your measurements and the item you are interested in so we can have a look into it and help you further. I can see that you have returned the order already and we have processed refund as requested. I am sorry for any trouble caused. Kind Regards, Nina Corset Story

My 2 issues are: 1) I am a registered customer and when I went to pay by PayPal with the same email address I have as your registered customer, your website didn't automatically sign me in, so when I went to check on the status of my order, by signing in to the website, it had said I had no orders, which then led me to emailing customer service.... bit of a hassel. 2) the product is titled/labeled as Purple Gothic Steel Boned Corset with Lace Overlay, yet the corset I received did not have the steel boning. I thought at the time that I had ordered wrong and I have since worn it. It's ok, I don't love it as much as my steel boned corsets.

I am sorry to hear that the item was not as expected. The corset you have ordered is with 8 4mm Spiral Steel Bones, 4 Flat Steel Bones and that's the reason it is much lighter than our steel boned corsets. I am sorry to hear that you have experienced problems with returning the item. Our development team is looking into this, we do want our customers to have hassle free returns process. We offer our customers 30 days exchange and 14 days refund policy which starts from the day you have received your order. You are welcome to return it back to us, I have emailed you how you can return the corset. I am sorry for any trouble caused. Kind Regards, Nina Corset Story
