The website was easy to navigate with clear explanations about each different type of corset to allow for a full informed purchase decision. Their sizing guide was clear and simple too. My item was dispatched swiftly and arrived in pristine condition.

Totally recommend this company for their website, prices, ease of purchase, updates, service and of course their corsets, which I find to be the real thing of unbeatable quality.

I was very impressed with the customer service from Corset Story. As a first time buyer they answered my emails quickly and gave lots of advice. Sadly the item did not fit under the dress I wanted to wear it with but the returns process was quick and easy.

Good website but need to include section on how to redeem vouchers purchased, for example via Groupon. I had to send a request to their Support/ Help section. So adds another step or two to using vouchers, as on Groupon voucher there is two codes given, so it was not clear which to use when redeeming it.

I received a very poor quality item that was damaged when it arrived. I contacted the company who responded very quickly. I was asked to send photos of the damage which I did. I was contacted the next day and told not to return the product as it was obvious it was not to standard. I received a refund plus compensation Will use the company again I was impressed with their service.
