Goods arrived quickly, unfortunately they were not the correct fit and I had to return them. Nina at Corset Story was very helpful, talking me through a fairly tricky returns procedure. Nina was excellent but the returns procedure needs tweaking. All funds refunded very quickly though.

I am really sorry that you have received a faulty item. These things happen rarely and I am sorry about it. We offer our customers fair wear and tear policy which is 30 days for acrylic boned items and 60 days for steel boned items. Can you please email us at sales@corsets-uk.com with a photo of the fault so we can look into this for you and help you further? I am really sorry for any trouble caused. Kind Regards, Nina Corset Story
