Quick. Refund process was easy and communication was good. A bit sneaky in not telling you that delivery is no longer free with them until you see it on the final invoice page though.

Easy to order and the products arrive fast. I also like being kept up to date with the latest offers. The only problem that I have is with the delivery service that you use, twice they have just left my packages wedged inbetween the bars of the door, instead of kncoking/ringing. Anyone could just take them or they could be damaged by the bars.

There is always a way to know what is the purpose of the corset (waist training, fashion, etc.), lot of choices and always new products, designs, and I love that there is special sales every week or so.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you find this particular item uncomfortable, but as it is a waist training corset it's made to offer a bigger waist reduction and a very good support for your body and it's less flexible then the rest of the corsets. Usually we do not recommend wearing, specially a waist training corset, under a dress exactly from the reason mentioned also by you. However, if you do not feel comfortable with it, you are welcome to return it for an exchange with a steel boned corsets if that would be a better alternative for you. Kind regards, Georgiana Corset Story

Super fast reasonable shipping (only £5 for 3 corsets which were heavy). Unfortunately I had to return all 3. No fuss fast return service. Only reason I havent marked "Excellent" is I had to pay for the return and it cost me £9.10.
