I had a lot if trouble receiving the right corset and when I did get the right one it was used and in a bad condition. The companys customer service was good. They did what they could to make me a happy customer and ensured that my experience wasn't left a completely bad one.

Although I ordered a product that they no longer had in stock, they quickly contacted me to let me know there had been an error and offered me the choice of another corset. I have a description of what type of corset I was looking for and I was offered another corset which was exactly as I had described and similar to my first choice. It was sent out the same day and I received it very quickly. I found the communication with the company very helpful friendly and professional.
