Service is excellent but it would be helpful to have a cheaper postal option for low-cost items. For example, a set of suspenders costing £6 do not need tracked postage at £4.95 and could go in normal post in a jiffy bag.

The assistance for my wife from your staff member Mo was first class and enabled the right item to be ordered. Will definitely use Corset Story again.

the items arrive securely packed, and delivery is SO fast. and you just can't rate these prices highly enough. they are very good quality corsets, and I've spent a LOT of money on corsets in the past, that are of the same kind of quality, and not felt like I've been over-charged. so to be able to sell something so wonderful for these prices is really something of a miracle

Very wide range of products however their lack of stock for actual stockings and NOT tights is very low this i feel lets them down a little.

This item is with 8 4mm Spiral Steel Bones and 4 Flat Steel Bones. When you will click the corset to see more information, you will see "styling features" on the right side and it is explained there that this item is with micro steel bones. Our micro steel boned corsets are lighter than steel boned corsets and more comfortable way to start wearing a corset. However if you would like to return the item, please log in to your Corset Story account to place a returns request. I am really sorry about the confusion. Kind regards, Nina Corset Story
