Prompt delivery and email updates on status of order and subsequent returns. Impressively prompt refund process. As for my query on t&cs, an email was prompt. My one quibble is the mobile site does not make it easy to find this page so I expected a free return service as it was not made totally clear in my initial transaction. However, out of pocket for £13 but learnt a lot about corsetry does and donts so worth it. And I still love your steampunk/costume stuff!

The customer service is excellent. I spoke to two of the staff on phone and they were patient and helpful to me despite being unable to use my Kenyan card to make the purchase coz you don't recognise the country! But I used an alternative card and all was ok.

A good range of products, the sale section has the best prices otherwise the products tend to be over-priced, but the deals such as the 3-for-2 make some products more accessible.
