Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry that you have not received your order on time. I can see that we have been contacted from UPS because they were not able to deliver as the shipping address was not correct and that's the reason for the delay. I am really sorry about that. I can confirm that we have emailed you previously about this and arrange with you either to reschedule the delivery or if you want to cancel the order. If you have any questions please contact our customer services at sales@corsets-uk.com or give us a call at tel.03444 828 487. We are open Monday-Friday 9am-1pm and 1:30-4pm. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kind Regards Nina Corset Story

I was a bit apprehensive about ordering from Corset story after some of the negative reviews I had read, but I bit the bullet and did it anyway and am very pleased that I did. My package was dispatched the next day and arrived in less than 48 hours.

Prompt service - corset arrived in excellent condition. Their returns service is excellent - polite, helpful and quick to answer queries. I do think their sizing information may need looking at. I ordered my corset according to the information available on the site, but it was way to big and I've exchanged it for one size smaller, but that was also too big, so I've now gone one that's 2 sizes smaller than recommended. But that has been dealt with very efficiently by their returns department.

Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry to hear that the stockings were not as expected. Unfortunately we are not able to exchange stockings and I am really sorry about that. I am sorry to hear that you didn't get all the items from the order. This should not have happened and I am really sorry about that. Can you please email our customer services at sales@corsets-uk.com with a photo of the packing slip so we can determine whether it was a picking or labelling error. I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Nina Corset Story
