The company allowed me to exchange the corset for a different size and when the replacement got lost in the post, they sent another one. The staff member responded quickly to my requests and was very polite.

Love the products and price but the inability to cancel or amend placed orders is frankly ridiculous.

unfortunately, had to return the item but service good EXCEPT that it wasn't clear if I had to pay postage for returnes and although they charged me £4 odd, postage, it cost me over £7 to return the item so not impressed. Surely they can come to come arrangement with a carrier.
