Excellent range of products but would have been nice to have clearer information about returns (ie whether they were free or not)

Good morning Thank you for your feedback and we are delighted that you received your order on time and the items were well packed. We are sorry that you are not happy with the fashion corset you have purchased and if you would like to email sales"corsets-uk.com then we can arrange a return for you if you wish us to do so. The fashion corsets do not offer waist reduction and like most fashion garments, corsets can sometimes be smaller than expected as everyone's morphology is different. We are glad that you like the tutu and that it looks nice and we thank you for your valued order from Corset Story and wish you a good day. Corset Story

Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear that the corset you have ordered was not a perfect fit. As we are all different shapes and sizes the sizing chart is a guideline and cannot be 100% accurate due to different body shapes that we all have. I can see that you have submitted a return request on 10/04/2014 and your RMA has been created. You will be notified as soon as the RMA request has been approved. If you have any other queries, please contact customer services, sales@corsets-uk.com, which will be more than happy to help you. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Corset Story
