My first experience of ordering from Corset Story and a very positive one at that! I ordered three corsets in the buy two, get one free offer. Beautifully made and the two under busts (one black and one white) fit really well. The brown steampunk one, although beautiful brocade effect material, is rather large on the bust. (previous reviewers had commented on this issue). I'll just wear a top underneath - no biggie - its gorgeous! I've only worn the black one once for an occasion out so I hope they keep their gorgeous good looks after a few wears. Speedy delivery as promised and easy to navigate website. A very positive shopping experience. Thank you.

Great product. However did contact corset story regarding return as ordered a medium as i am only an 8 to 10 and when tried on I litterally cannot breathe. As of yet I have not heard back and it is now past the 14day deadline.

I love Corset Story - especially the way they handle returns. However I don't really see how, when I made an order in error at 10.00pm, sent an email immediately to try to correct it (no reply, there wasn't anyone there of course at that time of day) then called first thing the next day, my order was 'already in process' and couldn't be revoked - there was no way anyone could have actually started to process it. I had to go through the rigmarole of receiving items I didn't want, then sending them back.

Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry to hear that! We do have a new automated dispatch system, unfortunately once an order has been placed in most cases it is not possible to stop it from being dispatched which I apologize for. However, if a customer contacts us shortly after placing an order and says they want to cancel their order, we advise they are welcome to return the order for a full refund. As soon as the order has been returned to our warehouse and we have a proof of delivery, we will then be able to issue the refund. I am sorry to hear the fashion corsets were not as expected. Please note we offer a wide range of different products. The steel boned corsets are made to shape your body and to give support for bust and back. The fashion corsets are acrylic boned and lighter than the steel boned corsets, but are not constructed to bring the waist in.
