There was a little confusion at one point as two items I had chosen were out of stock. I had a woman named Nina dealing with my purchase as se was great, very helpful and a pleasure to be in contact with. Also, I was very happy to hear that you shop internationally as i am currently living in NZ. Thank you Corset Story!!

Always good quality items and promp delivery. Very pleased with your service a bit unsure how to get points applied and claim these back. Also since new web site I have found that when I log in to the sight it is very difficult to see print as very faint/ use to be much bolder and easy to read.

Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry about this. Unfortunately in our webpage we had wrong information about the lacing and I sincerely apologise this. Please can you contact our customer service in sales@corsets-uk.com and send us a photo of the item(with the lacing to be seen) so we can help you with this issue as soon as possible. I apologise for any inconvenience. Kind Regards, Nina Corset Story

The item I ordered arrived quickly and securely packaged. In this case I wanted to return the item and I would have liked to have seen a 'returns note' in there. I did then have to go back to the website to find out what to do. Filling in the return request online was easy but I felt I was awaiting authorisation back by the way it was worded. I then had to email back to ask for a returns address. Maybe an option to print out a returns label would be good.
