Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item. In this case we advise our customers to send an image showing the defect part. Then we look into this and find the best solutions for our customer. I can see that we have received a picture of the faulty item on the 13 of March and send you a Free Return label to return the faulty item. We have processed the exchange for a replacement immediately thereafter. Please, if you have any questions regarding our return procedure and exchange policy contact our customer services and they will be happy to help you. Apologizes for the inconvenience. Kind regards, Corset-Story

Brilliant- always delivered swiftly, beautifully designed and made corsets at a very reasonable price! I have ordered two corsets from here in the past; one waist-training underbust and one fashion overbust, and both were exactly what I wanted.

Generally good but this is the second time I have used the site and the corset I received was the wrong item, I have sent 2 emails to chase regarding returns etc and no one has come back to me. I know this isn't their usual standard but the experience has let me down and has made me question whether I would use the service going forward. To date I still haven't received my red brocade sweetheart corset top and instead have received someone else's order.

Corset story is great especially their sales but it is hard to find them as the sale page is not included in the main categories I'm lucky that I am a subscriber and when a super sale comes up they email me about it.

I really wish it was a book and not just available as an e book on a cd.. I can't get it on my iPad which would be much better than the cumbersome lap top for having open when using the sewing machine.

I had to exchange one item, the returns procedure was easy, and even though I changed from an exchange to a refund after I had authorisation there was no problem. Emails were answered quickly. I will definitely use this company again.
